All training sessions are 50 minutes and adventure sessions are up to 3 hours.

Unfortunately, no. Insurance covers therapy, but not fitness training.

Private and small group sessions are best for kids 10 and up. Younger kids can be accommodated by building your own small group with family or play dates with friends.

We always start with a free 1:1 session to make sure it’s the right fit. That way your kid connects with their coach and gets familiar with the studio before making a commitment.

Single sessions offer maximum flexibility, but you can save money with training packages and memberships.
